Are your trading cards in mint condition/gradable?
Unless stated otherwise, all trading cards are in Near Mint condition. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us or some in-store.
Do you stock vintage Pokémon cards?
Yes, we offer a wide range of vintage Pokémon cards, including collectible WOTC (Wizards of the Coast) era cards available for purchase in-store. Our selection features rare and iconic cards for collectors and enthusiasts. Our inventory changes frequently, so we recommend visiting us to explore the latest vintage Pokémon cards in person. Do you host events?

Can I book a table for my group?
Yes, you can book a table to enjoy our board games or run your own event. Booking ensures your spot during busy times and special events. Contact us via phone, email, or visit in-store to reserve a table. For events, check our Events page for availability and details.
Where is my order?
1. Track your order
Just go to 'Account' section in the top right of the header, log in and select the order you'd like to track, then click the 'Track Parcel' button.
If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, there may be a delay with the update of your tracking – don’t worry, it’ll update soon. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered.
2. Check the estimated delivery date
You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email or by checking 'My Orders'.
Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date.
3. I'm still waiting for my order
Has your estimated delivery date already passed? Please give us a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times)!
If your order doesn’t arrive, please get in touch with our team within 30 days of your estimated delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help you.
