What is your Returns Policy?
For orders placed online, products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase. Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Single cards must be returned in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase. Card purchases in person are not eligible for a refund.
All sealed products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened. If not returned in this condition, the refund may be refused or a partial refund issued.
Event tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchange. If you cannot attend an event please contact us to see how we can help.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you’ve received an incorrect item, please email us at contact@thebrotherhoodgames.co.uk so we can advise you on how to return the items correctly.
Return Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Since the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage in case you need to discuss your return with us.
