Payment

For orders placed online, products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase. Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. Please get in touch with us by using the contact form, or emailing us at contact@thebrotherhoodgames.co.uk if you have any questions or need to arrange a return.

Single cards must be returned in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase. Card purchases in person are not eligible for a refund.

All sealed products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened. If not returned in this condition, the refund may be refused or a partial refund issued.

Single-use and redeemable codes are not eligible for returns.

Event tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchange. If you cannot attend an event please contact us to see how we can help.
